ROEVPL Ventures Private Limited

ROEVPL Ventures Private Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (‘Code’) by order of the National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) with effect from 18/02/2026. By the same order, NPV Insolvency Professionals Private Limited have been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench Court VI.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Code, upon commencement of CIRP, the powers of the Board of Directors of ROEVPL Ventures Private Limited stand suspended and are now vested with the undersigned. Henceforth, the management and control of the Corporate Debtor lies entirely with NPV Insolvency Professionals Private Limited through its Director, Mr. Ritesh Prakash Adatiya,Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
