C M Smith and Sons Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (‘Code’) by order of the National Company Law Tribunal (“NCLT”) with effect from October 16, 2025. By the same order, Mr. Janak Jagjivan Shah, having IBBI Reg. No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02626/2022-2023/14085 have been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench Court – 2.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Code, upon commencement of CIRP, the powers of the Board of Directors of C M Smith and Sons Limited stand suspended and are now vested with the Mr. Janak Jagjivan Shah, having IBBI Reg. No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-02626/2022-2023/14085. Henceforth, the management and control of the Corporate Debtor lies entirely with Mr. Janak Jagjivan Shah, Interim Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.

Due Date for Submission of Claims: 30-10-2025

All creditors must submit their claims on or before this date.
